Common questions

What counts as an invoice?
Each PDF, image, or document you process through Denize AI counts as one invoice, whether it's a commitment invoice or a direct cost.
Do credits roll over?
No — unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I add team members?
Yes. On any paid plan you can add teammates who share your monthly credit pool. Great for project teams where multiple PMs process invoices.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months upfront and get 12 months of access — two months free. You're billed once per year.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account page by clicking Manage Subscription.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.
